• Aged rum produced by Piccadily Distilleries in Haryana, India • Produced from 100% cane juice from sugarcane grown locally in Haryana • 24–48-hour closed fermentation in stainless steel using cultured yeast • Double distilled in copper pot stills • Aged 3 years in ex–bourbon casks • Notes of butterscotch, oak, sea salt, and honey precede a dry, oily palate of leather, green olive, vanilla, and a whisp of char smoke • No additives or coloring • Non-chill filtered; 42.8% ABV Camikara’s entry-level expression is crafted as an everyday rum that serves as an introduction not only to Indian rum, but also the category at large.
