This exquisite tequila is made from the finest Blue agave, sourced from the breathtaking Amatitan mountains in Jalisco, Mexico. Unaged and remarkably clean, it boasts intense aromas of fresh agave, vibrant lemon peel, black pepper, and subtle minerals. History
123 Organic Tequila Blanco was created by David Ravandi after 30 years of specializing in organic farming and distillation. His dream was to create a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. The meticulous process begins with plants that are aged for 10 years before they are harvested. The heart of the plant, known as “the pineapple,” is then roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven, which imparts a unique flavor. After roasting, the pulp is extracted from the juice, and the fermentation process begins. This careful method allows for the production of four distinct styles of tequila: Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo (diablito), each reflecting the rich heritage and craftsmanship behind its creation.
